Phat Loot

In today’s comic Chuck invites Molly to a PUBG Sesh.  As Patreon backer Cam pointed out, is this his way of asking her out?  Molly has been known to leap to those sorts of conclusions before.

I’m hard at work on a lot of things, not the least of which is the second book in the series I recently began with this one.  For one thing, I should have another one of these ready once I can record the audio.  I’ll be talking about Molly’s boy Chuck this time.

For another, I’m hard at work on some simple animations.  I’m excited about the potential those present.

Oh, and for anyone who may have wanted more Chuck, I have something cool for you there too!

I hope to have more to show about all of the above before too long.  In the meantime, Molly Beans will continue to update as always.  Thanks for stopping by!

Quick Learner

In today’s comic, Cam returns to detail another thing that he’s so glad Molly asked about.

Cam appears courtesy of Patreon backing.  You too can appear if you choose!

You can also have a look at my book if you choose!  Be choosy!

I’m choosing to head out until next week.  See you then!

Ice Cream

In today’s comic we learn a little bit more about Molly’s moral code. She is nothing if not consistent.

Jeff from don’t hit save recently commemorated the 18th anniversary of the debut of Dr Lobster, a comic created in a time in which the webcomics world was akin to the wild wild west, with all of us artists forgetting to load our guns.  Go have a look at that comic from a twice webcomic contemporary of mine.

I’ll be back Friday with more of this webcomic.  In the meantime, check out a book I wrote.  It’s 3.99 for the kindle version!

What Do You Do

In today’s comic we see a bit of the grounds and find out a bit about Charlie, who, as is indicated, is Bad News. I suppose she’s a Heathcliff fan.

I decided to have a reasonable facsimile made of the shirt bearing the helpful social cue, although sans glorious filth, and this is the result:

I may offer this as some sort of Raffle item, or perhaps a Patreon reward, or something.   I’ll see; I need to sort out all of the things I’m planning to do before they leak out the other side of my skull.

Here’s one of those things, a possible new series called “Draw and Talk”, in which I draw and talk about characters from the comic.  Here’s the first in that series, obviously about the titular character.  I do hope you enjoy it!

I also did a book.  check out the trailer and have a look at it on goodreads and amazon.  I’m extremely proud of it, and I’m feverishly hard at work on Book 2.  Leave a review, good bad or ugly;  everything helps, including and especially roasting.  It’s my first novel, and I’m open to and asking for opportunities to improve and grow.

Thanks Clay Lewisson for popping the Book’s Amazon review cherry!

I’ll be back Friday with more Molly Beans.

That Too

In today’s comic, Charlie is back, and she’s sporting a shirt that says it all.

Thus ends another three comic week! Thanks for stopping by and having a look.

Speaking of having a look, Don’t Hit Save has implemented a comment section. Go fill it up.

I’ll be back next week with more stuff and things.

English

In today’s comic Molly apparently invents a term.  Or close enough.

One more comic this week, coming up on Friday.  If you were a Patron you would have already seen most of the comic in progress.  Just saying.

Specific

In today’s comic Molly commits full stop to the power bank project, and begins to realize that perhaps the motivations of Nora from HR regarding the Kim situation aren’t exactly benign.  It can be difficult to slip something past someone who is so literal and logical, and who insists that words mean things.  Fortunately, there are other productive pursuits that can give Ms. Beans a much needed mental bolthole, and so off she goes to Charlie’s intentional community to survey the site of her scaled up wind and solar power bank.

There will be two more comics this week, as this is the once a month three comic week thanks to the much appreciated support of my patrons.

I’ll be back Wednesday with comic #2!

I’m Beginning To

In today’s comic, Molly appeals to Human Resources with regard to the Kim Problem. I wonder what it is that our blue haired engineer has begun to understand? Whatever it is, it hasn’t made her happy.

You know what probably will make YOU happy if you enjoy reading Molly Beans? This book I wrote called Adobe Kroger, Knight Errant. It’s just 3.99 for the eBook edition, and there’s also an audiobook on the way. Have a look! Add it to Goodreads and rate/review on Amazon if you do!

I’m hard at work on Book 2 in this new series as we speak.  My current goal is to complete it by late spring, assuming nothing changes.

Next week is a three comic week, thanks to the Patreon supporters;  thanks to everyone who has backed the comic all of last year!  Say, why not consider joining their ranks if you enjoy what you see here?  If Patreon isn’t your thing, I’ve set up alternatives over at mollybeans.com/donate.

I’ll be back Monday with more Molly.

More Elevator Talk

And here it is; the first comic of 2018. In just over a month Molly Beans will be two solid years old, which is odd since I could have sworn I just through up that Eggs comic last week.

In today’s comic, Molly and Kim have a bit of a face/off in the conveniently slow elevator.  As I mentioned at some point last year, there’s a reason I set Molly’s office in a skyscraper, and it’s primarily so that I can have the aforementioned conveniently slow elevator take as long as needed for any characters to have as long a private conversation as needed.  I plan ahead for these things.

Speaking of planning ahead for things, I did mention at some point last year that I completed work on a book.  Well, I’m hard at work on the sequel for said book, and have roughly 50,000 words of the first draft completed.  It’s my current self imposed goal to have this second book completed by late spring this year.  In the meantime, check out book one and get ahead of the curve.  It’s just 3.99 for the eBook, with an Audiobook on the way!  If you followed the link above, the audiobook will be narrated by the talented voice actress who narrates the trailer.

The book series has its own site,  incidentally, on which I’ll be putting up occasional blog posts as time permits.

Thanks for reading all throughout 2017!  Let’s get this new year started.
